I am starting to get the hang of this weight loss life style.....and thats exactly what it is, a LIFESTYLE.
My number one struggle:
I highly dislike journaling my food intake, but I must admit that it was this journaling and "PREparing" of meals that helped to contribute to me losing almost 20 pounds over the past few months. Now that I have experienced how effective journaling is with losing weight, I cannot imagine NOT doing it!
I will continue to stay focused with journaling on this journey!
