I'm discouraged this morning. On Monday, the scale said I had lost a little over a pound over the weekend & I was excited because I stayed within my calorie range, but no exercise. I went to the gym on Monday & worked hard, again stayed within my calorie range, but today when I stepped on the scale, I had gained that pound back. I just don't get it !!!

    There are many reasons for fluctuation in weight. Don't live on the scale. Pick a weigh in day and stick with it.

    Also pay attention to how your body feels. Weight doesn't tell the whole story. I also take measurements, gives me a better picture of what is going on.
