I turned a corner recently, I can't give you an exact date, but it has been in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I got HONEST with myself. I was honest with my husband. I am honest and 100 % committed to my healthy lifestyle.

I DON'T put off working out anymore I DON'T skip a day unless it is my scheduled day of rest. I don't saying I'm watching everything I eat then consume empty calories or countless carbs.

I know have a bed time during the week, I even have an alarm set on my phone to remind me it's time for bed.

The workouts I'm doing are exhausting, but I am doing them, I push myself to get that extra rep now, instead of slacking of as I know I'm getting to the end.

I will never be unhealthy again. I will NOT go back on blood pressure or diabetes meds. Asthma will NO LONGER be an excuse for me.

I now look forward to my workout, and even more so if it is a really hard one, instead of dreading it, postponing it, doing it half assed, or not doing at all.

I can feel changes happening in my body, muscles forming, strength building, maybe even fat burning. I love it, and I am finally starting to like me.

Good for you. I said the same thing about high blood pressure meds and asthma. That's why I run - to kick asthma's butt. ;-)
