I guess diet and exercise really does work! I'm down 9 lbs. in 2 weeks just by eating 1200 calories 6 days a week (the 7th is a free day), and running/walking an hour a day. With a little strength training thrown in there too. I'm blown away by how fast it is coming off. I hope this jump start lasts a while longer before my body stops obeying!
