Doing self trial for younger skin :-)

Wednesday, June 13, 2012

Hey, I'm back again. After months of being busy I'm ready to blog again! emoticon My sister came over from Germany for two weeks and I really enjoyed our time together. The funny thing is, that I noticed that she's got a nice tan and really glowing skin although they had hardly any sun in Germany so far. Well, neither had I here in the UK. Anyway she is working at Freiburg University which also does a lot of research in regards to anti aging. I always told her and my brother-in-law ( who's also a professor there) to let me know as soon as they find the miracle cure emoticon. Anyway, she told me one of her professor colleagues told her, if she wants to have glowing, younger looking skin to ditch all the expensive cremes and just eat 2- 3 tbsp of tomato paste with a little bit of olive oil every day. Out of curiosity she has been doing it now for a couple of weeks and found her skin much smoother and the skin having a healthy glow. I will probably turn into a tomato soon but I've been trying it for just over a week now and I find that my skin feels much smoother and softer as well. Maybe its just imagination? emoticon I did some research and came across this article www.news-medical.net/new
so it is probably true? It is definitely good for sun protection www.bbc.co.uk/sn/humanbo
Whenever I can I eat the organic tomato paste. I should have taken some before and after pictures...besides of that I will start keep logging my food again and keep eating healthy. I ditched most animal proteins and try to eat lots and lots of fruit and veggies. Haven't lost anything so far, but I know that's due to not watching the quantities. Well I wish you all a fab day and keep you updated on my journey to younger looking skin emoticon emoticon

emoticon , maybe I should start on the tomato paste and olive oil!

    Thanks for sharing.

I understand the quantity problem too!
I seem to think lots of exercise blanks out all the extras I eat - but it doesn't!

Keep us posted on the trial. Take photos now, it could get even better.
