I cooked my chicken in my Pampered Chef baker (I sooooo LOVE THAT THING....Frozen chicken done in 22minutes to perfection EVERY TIME!!) this morning.
I can't even begin to tell you how much easier this has been making my meals in advance so I don't have to think about what to make, what to defrost, or what I'm gonna cook every lunch and dinner.....I spend one day cooking and several days just heating up what I cooked with NO PRESERVATIVES....
Here is my meals for the next couple days :)
and this is them stored in my fridge ready to go...
Yesterday was a bad day and because of my preplanning I didn't fall off the wagon at lunch time....just came home and heated up my lunch....I can 100% guarantee if I didn't have these set up I would have eaten a VERY unhealthy LARGE lunch!
