Shared Vision - Team A

As a principal of an elementary school I know a little about shared visions and how integral they are to the success of each individual as well as the whole of the team/school. The past month or so I have really had time (summer break:) to dive into SP and all it has to offer. I have read wonderful stories that I often find could be my story/my words/my journey. I have gotten great comfort in the comaraderie that this brings. Sorry to say - I am GLAD you are here too:) Glad I am not alone/ not the only FAT girl in the room. Don't get me wrong - I do wish for you success - wish for you that you will not "Need" SP anymore - Wish for you a healthy wonderful life full of joy.
BUT....for now I am glad we share this vision - Share this truth - we are all struggling - We all had to take the first step and decide to make a change - to put US on the list of life. Something brought us to this site - brought you to this site - and brought us together. As a result, I feel a responsibiblity to honor that "force". To support you in your journey, to share with you the good and bad of me as so many of you share - the hard truth and the reality of the process. Some of you have been here longer and some of you are just now taking the first step.
TOGETHER - We share a vision - we have a common truth and probably a few common lies we have told ourselves over the years. One thing I know is that we need each other - and we are ALL capable of success - Believe in yourself, and on days when you can't; reach out and others will believe in you enough to keep you going. WE ARE ALL WORTH THIS!!!!
