Overdid It In Calories Today

I went way over in caloies on the last day of camp. I should have stuck with only one sticky bun and one piece of pizza and no ice cream bar. Instead i had 2 buns and their one piece equals one and a half or 2 pieces instead. They make the dough from scratch; let it raise once or twice before we roll it out and let it raise aqain before the toppings go on. We made sausage and cheese pizza, barbecued chicken pizza, chicken alfredo pizza, meat lover's, hawaiian, veggie and pepperoni pizzas. Homemade garlic sticks and ice cream bars for dessert. I probably didn't lose any weight this week. I have learned my lesson; will eat better from now on. Weigh in is tomorrow. I have 2 assignments due for class on Sunday; also have to write a poem for church on Sunday.
