Man, time flies.
It's already been a week since I made the decision to step on the scale and hit the re-set button. Hard to believe so much time has flown! I could hardly wait to hop on the scale this morning to see how I did.
And survey says..... ?
3.3 pounds roughly.
I think back to the first few days of getting back into my work out routine..
Something to keep in mind tonight when I go for another run and ST. I am really hoping for good results next week!
Also. Wanted to show you guys my first hand love affair with protein. This was breakfast a few days ago and dinner last night. Excuse crappy picture.
It's egg in a basket with 45 calorie Sara lee honey wheat bread. And yes, that is a heart.. lol. Unlike most other really pretty egg in a baskets I see, I flip mine on both sides. So the top kind of cooks a bit, while still keeping the creamy part of the yolk intact. There are also slices of avocado which make this way rich and the bing cherries add a sweetness to it.
This is strange for me. I always used to hate eggs. I started to fall in love with them on my hawaii trip, and now I find they are getting up there as my favorite source of protein and breakfast food.
Would be interested to hear from you all how your taste have changed and what you enjoy eating now that you didn't like eating before spark. :)
