I'M CHANGING THE FOCUS FROM WEIGHT LOSS TO MAKING OTHER CHANGES IN MY LIFE.
THE MAIN THING I AM DOING IS WORKING ON MY PHYSICAL HEALTH. I'M ACCOMPLISHING THIS BY DOING PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR MY KNEES AND BACK ISSUES. THIS IS COMING ALONG. I NOW DO MY EXERCISING IN THE POOL SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK. I WORK LOTS ON CORE STRENGTH AND MAJOR MUSCLE STRENGTH.
~~THIS GOAL IS GOING WELL:) I MISSED A WEEK AT THE POOL WHILE SICK, AND LEARNED HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BE CONSISTENT! I CAN FEEL MYSELF GETTING STRONGER AND IT FEELS AWESOME!!!
I AM ALSO FINDING WAYS TO DEAL WITH MY CHRONIC PAIN. CURRENTLY I'M TRYING NEW MEDICATIONS AND A TENS UNIT.

I'M BEING KIND TO MY BODY AND APPRECIATING ALL IT DOES AND CONTINUES TO DO FOR ME.
~~YES, I AM KINDER TO MYSELF. I APPRECIATE EVERY LITTLE CHANGE I NOTICE:)
THINGS I STRIVE TO ACCOMPLISH DAILY:
* GIVE GRATUITIES & PRAYER~~~JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY:)
* EAT HEALTHY FOODS EVERY 4 HOURS---STARTING WITH BREAKFAST
~~THIS GOES WELL MOST DAYS, BUT THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW DAYS I'VE BEEN OFF TRACK. I WORK TO GET RIGHT BACK ON TRACK. THIS IS AN ON GOING GOAL.
* TAKE MEDS
~~MUCH BETTER BUT I HAVE BEEN OFF AT TIMES...THIS IS ALSO AN ON GOING GOAL.
* EAT AT LEAST 5 FREGGIES
~~~FUNNY, THIS IS USUALLY A GIVEN, BUT LATELY I'VE STRUGGLED WITH GETTING AT LEAST 5 IN. ANOTHER ON GOING GOAL.
* 12 GLASSES OF WATER ~~DOING GREAT HERE.
* 7 HOURS OF SLEEP, 8 IS BETTER~~DOING WELL BUT I DO HAVE OCCASIONAL NIGHTS WHEN I JUST CAN'T SLEEP.~~ON GOING PROCESS TO LEARN WHAT I NEED TO DO, TO ASSURE AT LEAST 7 HRS. NIGHTLY
* CONTINUE WITH MY POOL THERAPY/ EXERCISES~~YES!!! THIS IS GIVING ME NEW HOPE AND ENTHUSIASM:) EVEN SEEING SOME NON SCALE VICTORIES!!!
* SMILE AND LAUGH OUT LOUD~~YES, LIGHTENING UP IS GOOD!!!
I BELIEVE ONCE MY PAIN IS RELIEVED AND MY BODY STRONGER, MY DAILY LIFE WILL GET EASIER. I WILL DO MORE AND FEEL SO MUCH MORE ACCOMPLISHED:)
~~THIS IS A GOAL IN PROGRESS AND I AM ONCE AGAIN HOPEFUL THAT I CAN LIVE MORE PAIN FREE & LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH PAIN SO THAT DAILY LIFE WILL BE MORE FULFILLING:) I AM HAPPY WITH MY ACCOMPLISHMENT THUS FAR
