YIKES !!! IT IS ONLY 7:30 AM, AND MOST OF MY FOOD IS GONE FOR THE DAY

I have a very busy life, and so often, I stay up rather late to just catch up on necessary things before I finally crash for the night. And, of course, the longer I am up, the hungrier I become. I rationalize - if it is after midnight - it is the next day, and I can begin eating for the new day. I do just that if I am hungry enough. Come morning, I am starving again, and so I have my "second" breakfast.

I have just a little over 200 calories left for the entire day and it's only 7:30 A.M. And the portion set aside for my fat intake has already gone over the top!

The positive: I recorded what I ate!

Each of my errors will show me the things I need to improve. One post I read late last night was telling me because this is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to live; not something to go on and then go off, but to live - to just change one thing at a time, as it can all be so very overwhelming.

I walked the dog; I've logged my food - so those are things to the good!

I WILL DO THIS THING !!!!

    Those calories sure can add up fast especially when we're busy. When we have days like this the only thing to do is learn from it, recognize what we need to change, and move forward. It takes time to change habits but it sure is worth it. Don't beat yourself up as that doesn't get you to where you want to be. Look back to learn and look forward to progress. emoticon
