YIKES !!! IT IS ONLY 7:30 AM, AND MOST OF MY FOOD IS GONE FOR THE DAY

I have a very busy life, and so often, I stay up rather late to just catch up on necessary things before I finally crash for the night. And, of course, the longer I am up, the hungrier I become. I rationalize - if it is after midnight - it is the next day, and I can begin eating for the new day. I do just that if I am hungry enough. Come morning, I am starving again, and so I have my "second" breakfast.
I have just a little over 200 calories left for the entire day and it's only 7:30 A.M. And the portion set aside for my fat intake has already gone over the top!
The positive: I recorded what I ate!
Each of my errors will show me the things I need to improve. One post I read late last night was telling me because this is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to live; not something to go on and then go off, but to live - to just change one thing at a time, as it can all be so very overwhelming.
I walked the dog; I've logged my food - so those are things to the good!
I WILL DO THIS THING !!!!
