Stress Journal Entry 1

I'm not generally very aware of stress in my life, but I tend to be avoidant so that could have a lot to do with it. Mostly I have stress at work. I'm good (maybe too good) at separating my work and the rest of my life. Other stressors: my dirty house, bills (not to a great extent), and the hefty task of trying to manage my health. My SO is great at helping me manage my stress, though, and he gives great backrubs!

A lot of stress does eventually come to me due to my habit of procrastination. I'm trying to be more active, and hopefully keeping this journal will help me do that.

    emoticon That's a good idea identifying what makes you stressed. Even better when you know how to a, prevent them, b, if not, how to deal with them or c, how to just grit your teeth and ride them out. I'm gonna sit down and do a similar list with a, b or c options :D
