Stress Journal Entry 2

Starting this on my weekend hasn't really helped me identify my stressors, lol. But I did want to note that thanks to being more aware of my health, I've been more motivated to do other things (such as clean the house) and now I'm actually feeling pretty good. I'll try to make an update tomorrow about work and the stress I encounter there.
I do feel a lot better when the house is clean. I've been trying to keep it that way (washing dishes as I use them, etc.) Hopefully that continues being true. Having a dirty house is stressful and I think to an extent it's also unhealthy to be in that kind of environment.
