I got on the scale this AM and lost 1.9 pounds. I expected that, as I know I will drop a lot of water weight this week. I am glad I had one honest day and didn't cheat or binge. I'm taking it one day at a time, trying to look at the big picture and see the end result.
I need to lose 20 pounds to feel like I made a substantial dent in my weight. I gained about 16 pounds since November of 2011. I feel like losing 20 would put me back to where I was last year.
And the battle continues!
