17 Day Diet Cycle 1 Day 14

2 whole weeks! No bread! Feels good. I have had a little cheese here and there, a couple chips (not too many) but over all a successful 14 days. This morning I weighed in at 203.0!!
I had to laugh a little that I was actually excited to come home to have baked salmon with roasted Brussel sprouts. Green tea is easy now, water is easy, hot water & lemon is enjoyable.
I find my appetite decreasing.
Today I bought *spanks-like* shapers for under my dress for the wedding. I think it will do the trick to help keep me nipped & tucked where I need to be to look nicer in it.
Off to bicycle with the son!
