17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Day 1

Here we go! Cycle 2.
I admit I'm a little stressed about it. I want to make sure I follow it properly. I have 9 days until I fly to Alberta for holidays/brothers wedding. I'm sure I'll be fine by then since I should have it all figured out.
In cycle 2, we rotate our foods each day from cycle 1 to cycle 2. I didn't eat the best today. I had an english muffin before I realized that is not on the plan until cycle 3. Oh well, I'm still working on my water. I did have lots of protein, a good sized salad, eggs, cottage cheese, berries, yogurt.
I was lucky to find a post where a fellow 17 Day Diet Team member posted a guideline to the foods for each cycle. I printed it off and I'm going to try to make a menu for this week to help me stay on track and keep focused on the proper rotation.
Funny, I will be on cycle 2 from today until the day I fly home from Alberta, Sept 11.
I'll be fine!! Just have to keep focused and plan my food when I'm away. I want this. I am focused. If I stick with my plans, I could be at goal weight by the end of the year, or early Spring.
