Day Seven Report

Hello!!!
This will be a short one, I need to wake up in 6 hours to go to the gym!!!!
I had my weigh-in at the gym this AM.....175 pounds!!!:-(
That is 5 pounds up from the day before, but 2 pounds is clothes, and I always seem to "gain" 2-3 pounds of water weight the day after a long run, so should be back down tomorrow.
I stayed on track for everything today!!!! (actually I was 1 gram short of fat, but good enough!!!)
I am headed to bed now, nightie night!!!!:-)

    Wow, you must go to the gym EARLY. I always find that I weigh more the earlier it is in the morning. Glad to know I'm not the only one whose weight jumps five pounds in one day. It stinks, but you know it's not a fat gain so you're fine.
