Time to Change It up

It is time to change up my exercise routine and drink more water. Today i maxed out on 16 glasses of it. My goal is to drink 12 a day at least and to do extra exercise every other day. I logged in 74 minutes but exercised for 86 instead. I have a hard time counting these days first i thought it was 76 or 78; but i had 33 walking and 53 of Chalean tonight. I sweated my butt off too. She is not easy. Will train again tomorrow with my daughter. We are going to do more meals without meat to help her lose weight again. We are staying awa y from pork since it bothers her and stickingn with leaner meat or fish as well and no making sweets. Tonight she made the banana ice cream with frozen bananas and added 2 and a half packages of those fit and active colokie thin crisps to it. i had a taste it was very good and only 56 calories a serving.
