Training Today and leg Problems

We trained today and it did not go as well as planned.
I got a leg cramp in my right leg after getting half way done. it slowed me down a little and I only got to 53 instead of 51.
My other leg is still recuperating from having a leg cramp in it from walking over an hour on Thursday.
I guess i can't go that far anymore. Jennifer made our own cashew butter with cashews, olive oil, and then she added cocoa, very tasty,
i plan to do Chalean Extreme 4 days a week starting tomorrow and cut my coffee down to 4-6 cups instead of 6-8. We plan to go vegan with some of our meals to help my daughter lose weight and not make any fattening desserts at all.
