Training Today and leg Problems

We trained today and it did not go as well as planned. emoticon I got a leg cramp in my right leg after getting half way done. it slowed me down a little and I only got to 53 instead of 51.
My other leg is still recuperating from having a leg cramp in it from walking over an hour on Thursday. emoticon I guess i can't go that far anymore. Jennifer made our own cashew butter with cashews, olive oil, and then she added cocoa, very tasty, emoticon
i plan to do Chalean Extreme 4 days a week starting tomorrow and cut my coffee down to 4-6 cups instead of 6-8. We plan to go vegan with some of our meals to help my daughter lose weight and not make any fattening desserts at all.

    Perfect emoticons! The cashew butter with cocoa sounds delicious. I'll bet cocoa would be tasty in almond butter, too. Are you doing some warmup stretches before walking?

    I'm sorry about the leg cramps...I can relate somewhat. Are you doing lots of water? Sports drinks? Whatever the cause, I thing you're doing great. And...I think "someone" else does too. :) The cashew butter sounds yummy! :) Best of luck!
