Today I ran 20km!
I never thought I'd ever run that distance...but I did.
I ran 10&1's. I felt strong till about 15km. My hips were screaming. I took a 2minute walking break.
My half marathon is in 2 weekends. I am definitely NOT going to break any time records but I will finish as strong as my body will allow.
I think it's time to change my SP name. I think I've earned it.
