Laundry and My 12 Week Plan For BLC

Today i had my daughter take a load of wet clothes from before and do them at the laundromat. It cost 4 dollars or more and then the stupid dryer wouldn't dry the clothes properly and she said the change thing would not take the dollar bill. She had to use the pop machine to get change. My 12 week plan is to get between 60- 70 minutes of cardio in 6 days a week. I will break it up in sections of 30 and 40 minutes during the day. I will either walk and do ST's and cardio together or dancing a video. I will continue to drink at least 12 glasses a day of water. I will strength train 6 days a week. I will concentrate more on my triceps by doing triceps exercises at least 3 days a week. I will concentrate on my abs and do exercises three days a week for them. I will try and get my 5k done in 51 minutes or less by walking faster in the beginning and around the curves. I will not wait till bed time to do my exercises; I will break them up with some in the morning and afternoon or night. i will remember to mark down all my food and not forget like I have been. I will stick to my 6 cups of coffee a day and not over indulge on chocolate either. I will eat 5 or more fruit and veggies a day.
