The Eight Week Fall Fitness Challenge!!

Nothing like jumping in with both feet - a challenge has been posted! I've had my Joyce Vedral Workout - VHS tapes - for many years and have actually enjoyed working out with them - off and on - then off and on again. Since I am now tracking my exercise time, I am hopeful that I can keep to my routine for more than a week or two - so, bring on the eight week challenge!! Now I will be accountable, not only to myself but to You who are reading this blog, as I report to you, and you to me of Our Progress with the Fall Fitness Challenge!!
By the way, I also have some Joyce DVD's - I'll be getting into them during the eight weeks challenge and learning some new moves!!
Time to get moving with Joyce - anyone interested in joining the challenge? It doesn't have to be a Joyce Workout if you're not a Joyce Vedral fan - you can create your own plan, with whoever you like to work out with. We will be starting Sun. Sept 23rd and going thru Sat. Nov 17th - at least five days a week!! Eight Weeks in the Fall, that just about say's it all!!
