Week 1 of our Leaves of Change Fall Challenge, we are to list 5 things that are holding us back from
reaching our goals.

1. Not exercising consistently- only when i feel like it !
2. Hardly any ST- very lax about this!
3. Sleep- not getting near enough !
4. Daily schedule- caregiver to my dad 12 hrs everyday !
5. Me - more of a positive attitude!

I need to consistently do my cardio and ST better than i have in the past! I must work harder at this
in the weeks to come !

    Experienced caregiver prior to their medical issues which became too much for us to handle at home; offering her pair of hands to help lift you out of this birdbath.....I'm as far as your phone and can be there in 20 minutes or less. Say the word, and I'm there to help you maintain a level of sanity!

    Being a caregiver is so stressful and such hard work! It's wonderful that you do that for your father. Keeping a positive attitude can be such a struggle. It's weird how hard it is! Definitely something I struggle with as well.
