Sad to say, that I have not been focusing on my eating or exercising goals as of late. A recent trip to San Francisco led me to eat several delectable goods, and unfortunately I've done very little exercising, save for the time that I spent walking to and fro in San Francisco.

Recognizing that we've had a setback can mean we feel frustrated and want to give up -OR- we can use it to give us the motivation to emoticon and make better choices.

Life is always going to have things that come up and challenge us. The question isn't whether we'll succumb to temptation, it's what we'll do afterward. Will we get right back on track? If so, the temptations will simply be left behind us as speed bumps that delayed our journey rather than dead ends that made us lose hope.
