Back to School Blog for Success

Maintenance is hard.....harder than losing weight. The next twelve weeks will be a learning experience for me, I hope. Learning what calorie range works for me. Learning what exercises will help keep my weight down. Learning about how to maintain and not regain.

I need to track, at least 4 days a week. Find a calorie range and try to stay in it. Cut down on breads and sweets and add more freggies.

Get out and walk now that the weather is starting to cool off. Restart the C25K program when ok'd by Dr. Early a.m. is the best time, right after a nutritious breakfast.

Back to the strength training, at least three times a week. I want to decrease my body fat percentage this round and tone up. Mondays, Wednesday (TNT) and Fridays will be the ST days.

So that's the plan.
