Recap and week goals

I just want to give a quick recap on how I did with my goals of last week. I think I did pretty well on all but one aspect and that aspect was my eating and sticking to my meal. I usually very good at this but when it's that time of the month, I have crazy cravings and I'm still learning how to say no to myself. My PT tells me all the time "you have to eat for survival and not to satisfy your urges" but it's easier said than done. I mean last night, I found myself cooking some yellow rice because I craved it so much. Well September is over now and so are my cravings (at least that is what I want myself to think).
I'm starting this week with only one goal and it is to stick to my meal plan. My PT wants to give me an eating schedule and I'm waiting on that to do my grocery shopping. I should get it tomorrow. I've been doing so well with my exercise that it's a no brainer to me. Even when I do feel like it, I do it because I know I'll feel better when I'm done. Having a PT also keeps me from skipping on my workouts. I increased my running speed to 5.0mph. I didn't run this morning but I'm going to run this evening after work.
OOh I'm almost forgot:p I weighed in this morning at 155Lbs from 157.5Lbs.
