Didn't get my walk in today because it was an 11 hr workday on top of running the kiddos around (Plus, due to stress I have not slept well for about 3 days and it's getting to me now.). But I will NOT miss out tomorrow. On the flip side I lost a pound...finally lol. I know it's not "good" to lose too much too fast but I have always been able to get it off quickly when I put my mind to it. I have to think maybe I am gaining muscle weight from walking when for so long I have done NOTHING. I also need to get my thyroid checked...I know at some point it will be an issue because both of my parents are on meds for it. Or maybe I am just getting old, and it ain't as easy as it used to be LOL. Whatever the reason, I have never been so happy to lose a pound in my whole life!

    I feel ya, I had big plans for after work...and then ended up in just about an 11 hour work day as well! Today is another day, keep on keeping on!

    Good luck.
    I just talked with my doctor about not losing weight- yes age is a major factor. She also mentioned that I needed to add strength training. Also more fruits and veggies.
