When I first started i wrote out a 12 week plan for getting to my weight loss goal. The plan was to exercise for 60-70 minutes and break it up. I have been dong that pretty regularly now. On most days I try to break it up or at least do it earlier in the night. I have stuck to my strength training regimen and it has paid off with inches lost besides pounds. I have aten 5 or more fruit and veggies a day and haven't snacked as much cause of being fuller;except when my calories were low. I have stuck to doing my triceps 3 times a week and it has paid off with a loss in my arms. I have stuck to my 12 glasses of water a day and less coffee. i plan to reward myself with a nice outfit when i reach my goal at 3 months. i plan to do more Chalean Extreme workouts for they have paid off.
