6-Week Life Check Up

These were my goals when I began the 12 week journey.
1. Eat healthier
2. Exercise
3. Get Enough Sleep
4. De-stress
5. Remember I am human and I will make mistakes so just get over it.
Simple aren't they, I needed them to be simply as this is an extremely busy time of year with many stress and very little my time. Even with my simple goals life is getting in the way and I am not maintaining my goals. Epecially the eating healthy and exercising.
I had a whole food challenge this last week and did the worst I have ever done on this type of challenge. Life was fast and furious with extra events and things to do. That resulted in eating out more last week then I have in the last two months.
I am glad to review my goals and I am certainly going to remember that I am human and I made some mistakes. Now is time to get over it, I can not undo what was done. I can move forward.
So here I go for the next 6 weeks, I am off and running with a wonderful lunch of lots of fresh veggies. Some exercise done, not as much as I would have liked but I will take 10 minutes over nothing. Healthy supper on the agenda, brisket and fresh veggies. I am also seeing an early bed time as the almost midnight ones the past couple of days have totally wore me out. I need my ZZZZZZZ.
It is always good to begin again and remember what the prize is. A healthy body with energy to spare.
