Well today I was low on my calories for lunch when i added it up. I could not have a snack cause it was already after 8 and that is one of the activities we get points for in the challenge; if we don't eat after 8 pm. My daughter remembered that i had some nuts for a snack and told me to add the apple cider that was in the cabbage we ate. She braised it with apple cider to cook it. I added those two things and I just made it to reach my calories. Back is still sore today I did a few stretches to help it.
