November = NO Excuses!!

Happy November emoticon

I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to this new month! As I've said before, the last month or so wasn't so good. I only did a few workouts, and wasn't eating as healthy as I should've, but that all changes here and now. We all know that winter is just around the corner, and that usually is a bad time for gaining weight, so with this new month and day, I'm starting again, and not gonna let the weight creep back on. emoticon I have a huge support system of friends here at Spark, and I intend to use them to help me when I have a bad day or need a push. I just love this site, and have received nothing but great support and motivation from it and everyone here! emoticon A healthier, happier me will never happen if I don't start with just that, ME.

So far today I'm on a roll! I am vowing to stick with the goals and challenges I've signed up for to get me to my end goal weight!

*Tracked all my food so far emoticon
*Healthy Lunch (Skipped Pizza from last night....yay me!) emoticon
*Fruits/Veggies for today.....already had 4!
*Exercise.....Workout will be started in about an hour!

These are just a few things so far to get me going again! I am bound and determined to make this month an emoticonand successful one!
