Menu and Exercise Plans Set For Friday Through Saturday

Well I set up my menu plan for the next week and my exercise as well for the challenge. I am revving up my cardio by doing Chalean 5 days a week instead of 4 this coming week. We are trying to eat mostly healthy meals using the Taste Of Home Diet books and sometimes revamping old recipes or higher fat ones. We went through my stock plie of recipes I had collected before today. We got rid of some of them that we figured could not be changed or called for too many ingredients or too expensive ones. I have my own library of cook books. How many recipes can one person really make in a life time? Thinking ahead since we will not be able to be with my mother this year; we have decided to have a roast with vegetables instead of turkey for Thanksgiving.
