What I Did With My Extra Hour (or part of it)

I used my 'extra' hour to workout. I got up and decided to do my weekly 5K before my usual Body Pump class.
After last weeks' virtual Trick or Treat Trot, the goal for today was not to feel tortured by the jog.
I kept a pace that didn't make me feel like I was dying and I realized it was WAY more ejoyable.
Moral of the story, I don't hate jogging, I hate jogging against the clock.
Jogging for speed isn't for me.
Which is sad since that's what racing is about.
I felt great after the Body Pump class, too.
I had to psych myself up to forget I had just jogged a 5K to maintain good form.
I did my usual weight, which I found awesome, I thought for sure my legs would protest, but they kept up.
I'm not looking forward to feeling sore tomorrow.
Or maybe I am, it'll make what I did today real.
