    That particular breakfast your website takes you to is also the same high-protein breakfast Dr Oz recommended several months ago for people who happen to plateau when they gain primarily belly fat weight. (Apple shape vs Pear) I do believe there's something to be said for the staving off of hunger when you eat a higher protein breakfast . . . said from a belly fat Evelyn, as well as a fan of Dr Oz. (smiling!)
