Weekend Challenges

This week we are up against the Onyx Warriors for the weekend challenge. It is called BUTT KICK. We have to track calories, undo a bad habit, tone and tighten, tell someone you care on Sparks, Keep track of our calories in and calories out, initiate good habits by inviting someone not on Sparks for a walk or a healthy lunch, challenge another personto beat our score, and kick
back by reading a book, watching a movie or something else. In the tone and tighten we have to
do 30 crunches, 30 squats, and 30 pushups or planks. My daughter is competing against the Silver Spies and hers is different. Hers has to do with the movies. One of the challenges is no candy or chocolate. I was teasing her today telling her I was going to buy some chocolate to tempt her with. In her challenge they get 50 points each day for talking about a movie they saw before. My bad habit is swearing every now and then yet. That is what I am going to tackle this weekend.
