Last week was not good for me at all. I seems to just lost all goals and energy. I didn't do most of my 10 minutes exercises nor drink my daily 8 glass of water I just didn't care what happen. I didn't care if i remain all fat and unhealthy. I avoid all mirror and eat as i pleased.
I was doing so well in my self pity until my hubby said excitingly, " you are really loosing weight". I stopped and asked him what he was talking about.He pointed out that the pants i was wearing was unusually big in the front and back.As I look at myself in the mirror i realized that it was so true, i have lost weight, quit a bit too. I was so tire of exercising and seeing nothing hence stop looking.But these words from my hubby lift my spirit so high,- knowing that he is looking made a difference. I was out of my self pity and energize. The following morning i did almost a hour exercise. I have never done a hour before so to me this is a great plus.
I guess that i am trying to bring across is that its good to be notice, especially by your partner. It boost the spirit and energized the mind, and even though you are doing this for yourself, changing your life style it goes to show that we truly depend on each other in some way are the other. So for this week let us make it a duty to notice and encourage someone, especially in our homes. Sometimes we are so use to our partner,children family and friends being there and doing that they do we take them for granted. We us break this attitude this week and let them know that we see and we appreciate.
