I'm now reaching SP goals for my calories and macronutrients. I am now often at the top of my range. My first few weeks on SP, I couldn't reach the lower part of my range. Now, I have to watch what I eat so I don't overeat. I'm thinking about maintenance since I'm at a healthy weight and I'm having trouble eating less now. I'm going to wait a week or two more and see if I can lose more weight or if I just maintain at this calorie level.

    E-book, "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" was very informative. Kowledge is power and by continuing my health journey using SP I found the right foods to stop my fat gain. Track, track, and track until you find the best foods that help you reach your goals. Fat is my enemy and muscle is my friend has been my mantra for some time.
