Yay! I thought that I ate way over my calorie limit, but I only went 8 calories over! Woohoo!
Yesterday was a bust food wise. My husband cooked orange chicken, and anything he makes is, while amazingly yummy, enough to put 5 pounds on you just by looking at it
. It was fantastic, and I forgot all about my no meat rule and my calorie intake. But I'm not going to be down on myself. I've learned my lesson, I must have a game plan for dinner.
For lunch I tried the walnut and raisin wrap and it was fantastic - I added raspberries! I hope all the lunch recipes for vegetarians are this yummy, I might actually be able to make it without meat then!
Sadly, I did have a big let down yesterday. I'm in way worse shape than I thought.
Five minutes on the elliptical and I was wore out. I was so disappointed, but am trying not to be. It is a place to start. I knew it was going to be slow going, and it is only five minutes less that my original starting plan.
