my new sparkfriend Meme104 wrote a blog about two months ago c)
1) I will track EVERY BITE of food that goes in my mouth. Weighing and measuring for accuracy. (I've been tracking but a) have not been weighing...Just eyeballing it. and b) have eaten at night and not tracked those foods. I will go by the clock. The new day starts at midnight....and I will track what I eat at night.
2) I will exercise for at least 20 minutes daily. This can be either strength or cardio.
3) I will read on and comment on two blogs.
She has lost ten pounds thus far with her three commitments...we'll see how I do. I think if I can get the night time eating under control, I'd do a lot better. Anyway it can't hurt.
