So yesterday, my mom went grocery shopping after her Dr's appointment. And she must have been hungry. Because she brought home both Lemon Merangue Pie AND Bryers' Reeces Ice Cream(they were apparently on sale).
Dad got a snack attack today and went to the store and bought TWO kinds of chips, chocolate hazelnut wafers, chewy molassas cookies, and mint chocolate shortbread cookies...
SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! I've been telling them how I'm doing with my weight, and they both are excited for me... and then they go out and load the house full of sugar snacks?
And then Mom fixed pizza for dinner tonight... Granted, since it was homemade she controlled how much stuff went into it, but still!
Today I ate a blueberry/strawberry/OJ/Spinac
h smoothie for breakfast. I did my morning exercises and went for a 4.5 mile walk. Good thing, too. For lunch I fixed myself a cheeseburger, with a side of peaches... but then I caved and had 1/2 slice of the lemon merangue pie... Then later after Dad went to the store I had 1 molassas cookie and 1/3 of the hazelnut wafer cookie. Then I had 2 slices of pizza... I restrained myself from eating all four, even though I still wanted to eat... And I had another one of the hazelnut wafers, but this time the whole stick...
Dang it! I'm at the top end of my calorie range today when I really started the day out well and I wanted to be near the bottom of the range.
Ok, end of frustrated rant, thanks for listening!
Now for the good news!
I finished my present wrapping for the presents I have. Now all that's left is the baking presents!

And our tree is sort of still in progress, but now it has presents!
So I had some good moments and some bad moments today.
Tomorrow will be better.
Tomorrow is my jog/run day.
Tomorrow I will jog farther than I did yesterday.
Tomorrow I will eat better than I did today.
Tomorrow WILL be better.
