Rainy Day in Georgia

"Greetings!" said the drowned frog.
Today was grey. Dark grey. And wet. And colder.
In other words, not a great deal of fun.
Yesterday I had a 3 day streak of 4.5 miles each day.
Today broke it.
I only did 1.5 miles outside... and I looked like I was half drowned by the time I came back, despite the raincoat.
And I got a really late start on my exercises because I had some errands to do this morning.
But I got my 2013 weekly/montly planner purchased, as well as peppermint extract and white chocolate baking chips for some of my holiday experiments. And I bought what I hope is the last of my presents.
I did my morning exercises this afternoon. Added on some repetitions for my squats and lunges (ow!) and added on an extra set for my crunches(wheeze!) and bridges. Then I did the 12 minute low impact cardio workout, which takes me 15 minutes because of hitches in the middle due to my internet(I march in place while waiting for it to resume) And I did the 8 minute interval workout video! I think I did pretty good! I felt like I was raining sweat by the time I was through, though...
I had a healthy breakfast of a cheddar spinach mushroom omelet (I added leftover chicken chunks to it) and a healthy lunch of oregano chicken over rice with a side of really delicious fresh pineapple. For dinner: lean hamburgers, lima beans, pineapple, and peaches.
Doing pretty well on my calorie count today, made almost all of my fruits and veggies, and have already had 10 glasses of water.
So even though the day was grey and gloomy, I managed to get over my non-walking day and do some exercises anyway!
Tomorrow is a jogging day. We shall see how far I get...
