Greetings!
Last week I weighed in at:
172.8 lbs
Today, I weigh:
169.4 lbs
I broke 170!!!! WOOHOO!
So I lost 3.4 lbs this week! That's so great!
Resisting the majority of temptations, drinking lots of water, and finishing all my jogging has really paid off!
YAY!
I don't think I've been under 170 lbs in... close to seven years.
I'm so happy right now!
Just wanted to share that with you!
My plan for the holidays is to have only one dessert a day, that way I do get treats, but its not in excess. And to have more fruits and veggies than bready things. To eat more protein, but to keep all of my portions REASONABLE. And to make sure to do some of my exercises right when I get up and when I go to bed, because I won't have a lot of time other than that. It is doable. I just have to work at it!
