I broke 190!

After an entire week at 190, working out EVERY day, including a 3.9 mile straight uphill hike on Saturday, I finally broke 190 this morning and landed at 189.

Next stop, 179.

I'm using a fantastic WW book called Quick Meals -- my entire family is loving it.
