my january goals

I'm keeping my goals very simple, i find if i make things to complicated i don't finish.
january goals
Nutrition:
1. eat more freggies
2. eat till i'm full and stop
exercise:
1. 15-20 mins of movement 5x a week (kinect, hoop, recumbent bike)
2. strength
support/encourage
1. check in with fellow sparkers
2. find music that makes me move
3. chat with like minded
New things:
1. try a new recipe
2. try a new food
3, try new tricks with hoop
