Wow. I'm completely befuddled. (but don't hear me wrong, I'll take it!)

So I last posted that my shoulder was definitely snafued, I could barely BARELY raise my arm overhead and that would be with a LOT of pain.

Yesterday was the 2ndish day of it, and I was super frustrated. And whooo lemme tell you, yesterday was the WORST day yet. I took it somewhat easy, no weights on my left (bad) arm, but otherwise moved about life best I could, not 'coddling' it but being somewhat ginger with it.

Last NIGHT I was miserable with it - I mean the sucker hurt even just when it was completely relaxed - a really bad dull throbbing aching pain. I actually googled every site imaginable seeing when it would be time to see a doctor.

This morning I wake up and...

Its okay.

I mean pretty much 98% seeming absolutely fine.

No pain.

I can move my arm overhead. I can open my car door. I can hold a pitcher of water with it. Full range. Fine.

Absolutely fine.

I am befuddled.

Here I was looking up rotator cuff injuries and debating calling my doctor last night, completely miserable with pain...

And today... c'est magnifique.

I can only imagine it was thanks to all the wonderful SPARKVIBES I got from my last blog post.

You guys are powerful. Let's see what we can do about world peace next?

Anyways, I won't stress it yet, tomorrow will definitely be a LEGS day. And I'm not complaining at ALL. Shoulder injuries are no joke, and it seems.... SEEMS... I might have eluded a bad one this time!

Oh wow, that sounds a little scary, but I'm so glad you're doing much better now!

If you had an drastic changes in weather or any rain while this was going on, it might have contributed too. I overworked my arm muscles from some heavy lifting at work and ended up having a 4 a.m. wake up call from throbbing pain in my arm. I usually take ibuprofen to help with the swelling though.

But great job on keeping up all of the hard work! :D Sparkvibe to victory!
