Good news and Bad News

Bad news: I fell off the healthy eating and tracking for most of the holiday season from Thanksgiving until Christmas. Then I could tell I was gaining weight because my jeans were getting tighter. I didnt weigh in though I was afraid of what it would say. Then I faced up to it on Jan 1 and weighed in. I weighed 234 up from 221- bad news! I went back to tracking, healthy choices and exercise that very day. I have stuck with it and my motivation is high! Good news My weight this am is 227! I dont know if I should post my weight on the sparkpeople tracker which still shows my old weight of 221. Any advice? I am very happy to be back on track, I hope I stay on track this time!
