A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? - ABSOLUTELY!! And after two rounds off I know I need it!

B is for BLC rounds... Oldie - I’ve done nine rounds of BLC on Red Hot Chili Steppers and Teal Troopers, then took two rounds off. Now I’m baaaaaack.

C is for CHILDREN...I have two daughters and two stepsons. 16 grandchildren and 11, soon to be 13 great-grandchildren.

D is for DOWNFALL...Ice cream!

E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? - tend to be more of a nightowl

F is for FURRY FRIENDS...We have one dog, a yorkie and one cat.

G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Lots of veggies, fruits, meats, very little processed foods.

H is for HOME...where do you call home? - a rural community in Northeast Ohio called Freedom Twp. We live on five acres and enjoy the yard and garden.

I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? I'll tell ya, your Pixie Jo Ann is quite a role model for success!

J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I’m retired after thirty years as secretary to the superintendent of an area school district.

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? - DIET

L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? - ABSOLUTELY - great tools!

M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? - Married for 18 years. Second marriage. 32 years first time, that husband deceased.

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Nothing - just my first initial and last name. WooHoo - how original.

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Minimum of 4 bottles.

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? Try for five, sometimes fall short.

Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? - “Lovin’ Life”

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? Try for 60 minutes, 7 days.

S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5’2”

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? EST

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Crocheting

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Love to travel and do quite often. Have pretty much been to all the places on my list.

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Not so much

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? Get a better exercise routine in place.

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? NEVER dwell, always move forward.

Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? WALKING!
