Day 428: ONE blog, and lucky to get this one in...

Sunday, January 13, 2013

I've been fighting with a hat all evening, It's been close a couple times, with the hat winning, but I think it's a draw at this point.

A couple weeks ago #1 Son says to me "Can you still knit?"

"Sure, o'course, son. Whatcha need?"

Now, I figure it's like riding a bicycle, right? You never really forget how, right?

DPNs, ksso - or is that kpso? - I remember k2t and I think I can handle k2p2 ribbing and... gah.

M'eyes are tired. This ol' lady's going to bed.

...but Son WILL have his hat. Maybe even before warm weather arrives.

G'night, Sparklers, wherever you are!

Of course it's like riding a bicycle, or that other night time activity ... once learned, never forgotten. My excuse is that I never really learned to knit, at least I must not have since I remember damn all about how to do it!
