Kinda starting over again. *sigh* I can't seem to stick to workout and eating plans! But hopefully I can use SP as an accountability tracker. Otherwise it seems I have a hard time sticking to it!
I started on P90X yesterday. I did about half of it and of course with small weights, but I'm still proud that I actually did it. My 6 yr old thought it was super cool and wants to workout everyday with me, she even reminded me this morning :) That will help some because I'm not only doing this for me, I'm doing this for my kids too. I want, no need to be the best Mom I can be, and I can't do that at the current weight/shape I'm in.
I made a cardio list for working my way up to 30 min on the elliptical. I worked out 7 minutes yesterday and will do 9 minutes today. I found the perfect time to do it, while the kids are in the shower at night. They like using my shower, and the elliptical is in my room, so I'm close by if they need me... that won't work when I get all the way up to 30 minutes, so I guess I'll need to find another time. Hmm.
