I don't DO free-form dance

This morning I got up, looked at the ice on the roads, and decided to forego the gym. I decided to do a workout video at home instead. I don't have cable TV, I have a Roku box instead, with an internet connection. (I have an allergy to commercials, and using Netflix or Amazon On Demand helps me bypass them as a necessary evil to TV watching.) Roku offers a lot of different channels, some free, some minimally charging.
I looked up workout videos on the All Fitness channel, and found one that I thought I'd like. I should have previewed it first. The first part was good, easy movement and getting the blood flowing, and the second was more active. The third part made me draw my blinds so the neighbors couldn't see me flailing my arms in an attempt to imitate the instructors' "free-form" dance movements. After so many minutes or so of that, I was done. The next section (the video was 56 minutes long) looked good... if I am to do that video again, I think I'll just skip section 3.
The pacing of the video was good, just challenging enough for me first thing in the morning without being too overpowering. Some videos, I'm trucking along for a while, and then they get done with the warm-up, and I'm already toast. But I have to confess, I'm looking forward to a day of weight-lifting. It's nice to be active and strong without all the silly arm-flailing and new-agey music.
